The problems created by poor nutrition are complicated, but the solution is simple - more whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables with fewer refined and processed foods. Solving the excessive hydrogenated fats,sodium, and refined sugar their too many calories paves the way for simple success.

Lack of the proper nutrients in the food chain (remember Senate Document 264) can be dealt with by simply using quality supplements and digging a little deeper learning more about diet nutrition physique.
