Discover The Cellulite Cause And Beat It!

Author: Laurel Tevolitz

For years, women have been fighting the battle against cellulite. But most importantly in the process of eliminating it, is understanding the cellulite cause in and of itself. As with every problem related to the body, we tend to want a quick fix to rid the body of the physical results of poor diet, fat storage and simply human genetics. There are products currently on the market that focus on a cellulite reduction treatment, which help to improve the outer appearance of skin, however, there are several factors that should be noted in order to provide yourself with the most comprehensive benefits available today.

It's important to know that the cellulite cause entails several factors. When you are born, the body has genetically been provided with a certain number of fat cells. As we age, succumb to poor diet, lack of exercise and the fate of our unique genetic makeup, the body produces cellulite. Surprisingly, the cellulite cause is not even related to weight! Even skinny women are victims of this frustration! Basically, cellulite happens when the above mentioned factors combine with a overabundance of fat consumption. The excess fats press against connective tissues contained in certain areas of the hips, thighs, butt and stomach areas, forcing lumps, bumps and the dimpling seen as we look in the mirror.

As previously stated, your best defense against the cellulite cause should include the following internal cellulite reduction treatment in partnership with your external program:

  • Diet - Following a healthy diet and avoiding foods that produce unnecessary fat storage in the body.

  • Breathing - Proper breathing that keeps oxygen flowing through the blood.

  • Exercise - Cardio to stimulate the metabolism and any form of exercise, in particular weights, to tone the skin and build healthy muscle tissues.

  • Get Rid of Waste and Toxins - Increase your fluid (mainly water) intake and keep the urine flowing out the body. The skin can be detoxified by sweating and perspiration (exercise/cardio).

  • Relaxation - Eliminate stress inside and out!

  • Massage - Get a rubdown on a regular basis to promote circulation to those areas that normally wouldn't get it. It will improve circulation.

Now with a better understanding of the cellulite cause, your best cellulite reduction treatment should be one that will not only focus on the outward appearance of the problem, but to internally treat it as well. The key here is to truly be dedicated and have a consistent commitment to both methods.
